5. Marketplace Rules

For Sellers:

• You must not list prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.)
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• You must handle customer service and disputes professionally
• You retain ownership of your product listings and images

For Buyers:

• You agree to complete purchases you initiate
• You must communicate respectfully with sellers
• You are responsible for understanding product descriptions
• You must report any issues through proper channels

6. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed on Havin Bazaar:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons and explosives
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Stolen property
• Adult content or services
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Live animals
• Human remains or body parts

7. Fees and Payments

• Havin Bazaar may charge fees for certain services
• All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for any taxes on your transactions

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you post
• By posting content, you grant Havin Bazaar a license to display, distribute, and promote your content
• You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Receive multiple complaints from other users
• Are inactive for an extended period

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Disclaimers

• Havin Bazaar is a platform connecting buyers and sellers
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• We are not responsible for transactions between users
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

Havin Bazaar and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of other users
• Issues with third-party services (payment processors, shipping, etc.)

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

14. Changes to Terms
